cargolandproject@gmail.comWhen your account deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the personal information associated with your CargolandFood account. This includes your profile details (name, email address, and phone number), saved delivery addresses, order preferences, and any saved payment tokens held on our systems.
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where we are legally required to do so — for example, transaction and order records needed for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and fraud-prevention purposes. Such data is kept only for as long as required by applicable Nigerian law and is then deleted or anonymized.
Once we verify that the request comes from the account owner, we process deletions within 30 days. We will confirm by email when your account and associated data have been removed.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you have no active or in-progress orders, and that any wallet balance or pending refunds have been resolved, before submitting your request. After deletion you will lose access to your order history and will need to create a new account to use CargolandFood again.
